Job Description
Perform sampling, execute and document the analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and products assigned for testing. Complete all stability studies to ensure compliance with laid down quality parameters and predefined specifications/standards and meet SRB targets.
Key Responsibilities | Quality Control Jobs
- Analyse assigned samples and perform chromatographic tests using valid procedures and calibrated instruments
- Perform analysis for release of RM, PM, FP, water analysis, and process/cleaning validation
- Perform analysis for stability samples as per the defined schedule without errors
- Check and evaluate test results against specifications
- Review TDS printed through LIMS before release
- Follow approved procedures to ensure compliance with GLP and safety norms
- Gather samples, standards, glassware, and solvents required for analysis
- Operate instruments as per SOP and safety guidelines
- Document all activities online using approved formats and templates
- Maintain system integrity by updating deviations and records in CipDox
- Prepare and update documents as per GMP requirements
- Maintain laboratory area and dispose of analyzed samples as per disposal procedures
- Maintain equipment and perform validation, qualification, and calibration as per schedules
- Suggest process improvements for cost-saving and work simplification
- Implement new development projects and automation initiatives
Qualifications Required For Quality Control Jobs

B. Pharm.
Relevant Work Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in quality control function of a pharmaceutical organisation.
