Honasa Consumer Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic R&D Executive to lead breakthrough technology and product development in the personal care industry, with a focus on skin and hair care. This role involves working in the lab, leading technical projects, and driving innovation to create safe, effective, and market-leading products.
R&D Executive Role at Honasa – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product formulation process, from initial brief to final sign-off.
- Lead the manufacture of pilot batches and full-scale production.
- Develop robust, stable, and effective formulations for in-house and third-party facilities.
- Conduct research, testing, and analysis to support product and process development.
- Manage development work for new products and improve existing formulations.
- Lead technology transfer and scale-up operations.
- Perform compatibility testing, shelf-life studies, and stability testing.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend ingredient/process improvements for cost optimization.
- Provide scientific leadership for innovative skin and hair care products.

BPharm, or MPharm, and B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmetology
