Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, and regulatory requirements, including EH&S standards.
- Complete training on SOPs and perform all activities as per procedures.
- Oversee daily planning, job allocation, and departmental activities.
- Monitor packaging activities, including IMS, blister, strip, bulk, and batch split-up.
- Handle shipper labeling, SAP transactions, and packing documentation.
- Maintainthe cleanliness of areas and equipment per GMP standards.
- Conduct in-process checks and monitor key parameters like pressure, temperature, and humidity.
- Support validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Prepare and review SOPs, batch packing records, and validation reports.
- Coordinate across PPC, PM, Engineering, and QC departments for smooth production.
- Train employees and handle deviations, CAPA, and change controls through QAMS.
- Troubleshoot barcoding, inspection systems, inkjet coding, and other software tools.
