Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to EM regional and local regulatory teams
- Perform data entry, uploads, and maintenance in approved regulatory databases
- Ensure document accuracy through compliance checks and quality reviews
- Support compilation and publishing of regulatory data and documents
- Perform administrative and operational regulatory tasks as required
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with Abbott procedures, regulations, and record retention policies
- Maintain awareness of regulatory legislation and implement relevant changes
- Support process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in SOP creation and delivery of training as applicable
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory operations
- Strong understanding of regulatory systems, tools, and databases
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation standards
- High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
