Educational Requirements
- M. Pharm qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or related functions
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical company processes and departments
Key Responsibilities
- Support Regulatory Affairs leadership in executing regulatory activities within agreed timelines
- Coordinate closely with line managers to ensure timely task completion
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor team inboxes as required
- Assist in data collection, documentation, and preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate and manage team meetings, global visits, town halls, and off-site events
- Provide data entry support for regulatory compliance and regulatory submissions
- Manage vendors, purchase order generation, invoice processing, archival, and reconciliation
- Enable global collaboration across regulatory teams to improve operational efficiency
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight global deadlines
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy
