The Executive – Labeling will handle labeling updates, artwork coordination, and lifecycle management for products in the Canada market. Key Responsibilities For Regulatory Affairs Jobs
- Coordinate and prepare regulatory submissions and labeling strategies.
- Submit documents for labeling updates per Health Canada requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and POCs for artwork creation and revisions.
- Maintain trackers for labeling updates (RIMS, CCR, tracking sheets).
- Prepare and update labels or monographs for product lifecycle management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian labeling regulations.
- Ensure timely communication with regulatory teams and health authorities.
- Perform ESG submissions and document acknowledgments.
- Review and authorize labeling changes as required.
- Stay informed about global labeling software and international guidelines.

Qualifications:
Education:

M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or equivalent degree.
Experience:
- Prior labeling experience in US, Canada, Europe, or ROW markets.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of regulatory labeling requirements (USFDA, Health Canada, ROW).
- Strong technical writing, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail for reviewing packaging materials and artwork.
- Team collaboration and self-motivated approach.
