Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monitoring effectiveness and implement site risk analysis, sponsor oversight visits, and data spot checks as part of Parexel’s remote job opportunities.
- Complete oversight reports consistently with high quality and timeliness.
- Utilize risk-based approaches to review critical quality items at site and study levels.
- Develop and follow Study Specific Oversight Plans (SSOPs).
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to ensure quality trial delivery.
- Support inspection preparation and management.
- Build collaborative relationships with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead trend meetings with study teams/CROs and implement client SMH strategies.
- Maintain compliance with Parexel standards, GCP regulations, and global regulatory requirements, an integral aspect of this remote job position.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required for most remote job postings in clinical research.
- Advanced degrees (PharmD) preferred.
Skills Required
