Key Responsibilities
In Vitro ADME Studies
- Reading and understand various in vitro ADME protocols is essential for this Research Job Role
- Conduct in vitro stability experiments (liver microsomes, plasma, and relevant matrices).

Perform:

logP, logD, pKa measurements
-
CYP induction & inhibition assays
-
Permeability studies (Caco-2, MDCK, etc.)
-
CYP phenotyping
-
Solubility determination (kinetic, thermodynamic, simulated fluids)

Bioanalysis
- Understanding and following bioanalysis sections in studying protocols this is essential for Research Job role
- Develop and validate LC-MS/MS & HPLC-UV/PDA methods.
- Develop fit-for-purpose LC-MS/MS methods for in vitro samples.
- Extract instrument data, perform QC, and share results with stakeholders.
- Handle method development for biochemical & cell-based screening (preferred).
- Perform general LC-MS/MS and HPLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Ensure high-quality bioanalytical data.
- Use Phoenix WinNonLin (preferred).
- Calculate in vitro parameters using Excel.
- Generate reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats.
- Prepare GLP and non-GLP formatted reports as per requirement.
