Job Description For Research Associate Jobs
This role supports the organization’s in vitro ADME research programs. Key Responsibilities In Research Associate Jobs
- Read and understand in vitro ADME protocols
- Conduct in vitro stability studies (liver microsomes, plasma, chemical stability, and other matrices)
- Execute in vitro ADME experiments including:
- logP, logD, pKa measurements
- CYP induction and inhibition assays
- Permeability assays (Caco-2, MDCK, etc.)
- CYP phenotyping in purified enzyme systems
- Solubility assessments (kinetic, thermodynamic, simulated fluids)
Qualifications – Pharma Jobs in Bengaluru
- M Pharmacy
- 3–5 years of experience in in vitro ADME techniques
- Strong hands-on laboratory expertise
- Familiarity with enzyme systems, permeability assays, and metabolic stability studies
