Job Details
The Research Associate will support analytical development activities related to process development, including method development, validation, and handling of advanced analytical instruments while strictly following Syngene’s EHS, data integrity, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Research Job
- Method development, method evaluation, and validation of analytical methods
- Handling of HPLC, prep LC, and GC instruments
- Handling of Karl Fischer (KF) instrument for moisture content analysis
- Recording experimental observations and results in LNB or ELNB
- Adherence to good documentation practices and data integrity guidelines
- Strict compliance with EHSS requirements for lab and personal safety is essential for this Research Job
- Ensuring confidentiality and safe handling of analytical data
- Adhering to Syngene’s quality standards at all times
- Wearing PPE as required
- Completion of mandatory training related to safety, data integrity, and quality
- Promoting a strong Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture
- Ensuring operational discipline at the workplace
- Taking responsibility for safe operations and adherence to Syngene policies
