Job Details for Research Job Role:
- Full-time, based in Gurugram
- Work on initial briefs, lab formulations, pilot batches, and production-scale development
- Develop stable, effective personal care formulations
- Conduct research, compatibility tests, shelf-life studies, and process optimizations
- Recommend cost-effective ingredients and substitutes
- Ensure SOP, GMP, and regulatory compliance
- Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Support new product development and improvements to existing products

Educational Requirements for Research Job Role:

B.Pharm or M.Pharm

Relevant experience in personal care formulations is mandatory
Key Responsibilities for Research Job Role:
- Lead skin and hair care product formulation
- Develop robust, stable, and effective formulations
- Manage pilot batch manufacturing and scale-up
- Perform data analysis, research, testing, stability studies, and documentation
- Optimize processes and raw materials
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee technology transfer to in-house or outsourced manufacturers
- Innovate and create next-gen BPC products
Skills Required for Research Job Role:
- Strong formulation knowledge (hair and skin care)
- Understanding of surfactants, conditioning agents, humectants, raw materials
- Hands-on lab and R&D experience
- Regulatory and cosmetic safety knowledge
- Ability to work with ambiguity and provide scientific leadership
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
