    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as primary site contact from initiation through close-out
    • Ensure adherence to protocol, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
    • Build strong relationships with site investigators and study staff
    • Manage site quality, patient recruitment strategy, and compliance
    • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits
    • Address documentation gaps, training needs, and site issues
    • Reviewing regulatory documents, study files, and essential documents is essential for this Research Job
    • Track site performance and update CTMS, EDC, IVRS, and other systems
    • Support audits, inspections, and inspection readiness
    • Manage study supplies, CRF entry, data queries, and SAE follow-ups
    • Participate in investigator meetings and cross-functional collaboration
    • Drive timely achievement of project milestones
    • Provide feedback, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement

    Skills Required

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment
