Educational Requirements

M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Hands-on experience in analytical R&D is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities for Research Job
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and LC-MS.
- Support stability studies, impurity profiling, and degradation studies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain analytical documentation, SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with process chemistry, formulation, and quality teams to support projects.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration and data integrity.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections as required.
Skills Required for Research Job
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Understanding of ICH guidelines, GMP, and GLP practices.
- Excellent documentation and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
