Job Description
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) invites applications for the position of Project Technical Support– III to work under an ICMR-sponsored research project titled “Assessment of Pharmacogenomics and Metabolomics as Potential Preemptive Biomarkers for Antitubercular Drug-Induced Liver Injury in TB patients” at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, MAHE, Manipal. - Maintaining the laboratory
- Isolation of serum and plasma from whole blood samples
Qualifications Required for Research Jobs
Qualifications:
- MPharm/PharmD (Laboratory technology / Microbiology / Molecular biology / Biotechnology / Pharmacy Practice preferred).
- Also, UG degree with three years of experience in laboratory maintenance, including ordering supplies, inventory, preparing reports, and assisting with research staff, are also eligible.
Skills required/desired:
- Processing blood samples from the patients
- Experience in pharmacy/laboratory technology/microbiology/molecular biology is preferred
- Metabolomics research experience
- Good communication & computer skills
