Job Description
Under the supervision of the reporting manager, develop and validate bio-analytical methods for the quantitation of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids, involving medium to complex analytical techniques, and apply the assay for the analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard procedures and regulatory guidelines (DCGI, USFDA, GLP, etc.) in all tasks
- Work with project leads on bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis
- Prepare solutions and handle sample preparation for projects
- Record and document all work and results properly
- Save and verify data using chromatography systems
- Perform lab investigations when needed
- Operate laboratory instruments and automated systems
- Compile raw data and support project completion
- Maintain cleanliness in the lab
- Work safely and collaborate with team members
- Follow company values like teamwork, courage, and dedication
- Ensure compliance with company policies (quality, safety, ethics, HR)
- Perform any other assigned duties
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder in Pharmacy
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good knowledge of GLP requirements.
- Good skills in MS Office.
- Good at communication skills.
- Flexible to work.
- Strives to drive projects related to Bioanalytical effectively.
Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Bioanalytical.
