Job Description
As an Analytical R&D professional at Medreicha M Pharma Job, you will support method development, validation, and analytical testing of drug substances and products. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct AD/ADL/QC validation for formulations in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) forms.
- Perform LCMS/MS genotoxicity impurity analysis and routine LCMS/MS activities for R&D support.
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for Nitrosamines in drug products and substances.
- Conduct stability analysis for drug substances and products related to nitrosamines.
- Ensure proper calibration of LCMS/MS instruments.
- Conduct method equivalency studies and maintain detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
- Perform routine LCMS/MS analysis for research and quality control.
- Maintain strict compliance with R&D protocols and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support for nitrosamine-related studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Postgraduate (M Pharma) in Pharmaceutical Analysis
Experience and Skills
- 5 to 9 years in Analytical Research & Development
- AD/ADL/QC validation for formulations
- LCMS/MS analysis and genotoxicity impurities experience
- Drug product and substance analytical method validation and development
- Stability analysis for nitrosamines
- Instrument calibration and method equivalency studies
