Job Description
This opportunity under Sanofi Careers is ideal for candidates exploring growth-driven Pharma Jobs in Hyderabad within HEVA and medical communications. The Associate Project Specialist-HEVA role focuses on supporting end-to-end project coordination, budget tracking, stakeholder collaboration, and operational execution across global HEVA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with HEVA Senior Director, business partners, therapy areas leads, eBuy managers, external vendors, and finance colleagues to lead coordination and management of various activities
- Work with TA Leads to conduct monthly/bimonthly/quarterly budget reviews and ensure full oversight
- Work with business partners to perform a monthly review of budget plans and actuals
- Coordinate with the ITA team for organising external meetings and activities such as GRFs, FMVs, tiering, honoraria tables, and cost-sheet etc.
- Coordinate with finance colleagues to communicate any discrepancies between the finance trackers and BPs budget tracker
- Work with vendors on contract support to onboard vendors and process SOW, PO, renewals, and amendments
- Responsible for project management support to the scientific writer and HEVA for publication and medical education deliverables
- Arrange stakeholder meetings, track delivery of activities, manage issues and risks
- Support the project specialist in tracking GD requests, editorial, QC, compliance, submissions, and approvals
- Support the HEVA team in Datavision, Matrix, RightFind, Ebuy, PrismAccess, PromoMats, and NAYA tools
- Maintain HEVA Smartsheet/projects trackers and ensure all entries are up to date
- Support compliance-related activities and approvals
- Collaborate with scientific communication and HEVA teams for effective project delivery
Qualifications
- Experience: Medical communication/pharma experience desirable. Project management experience required. 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
- Soft skills: Stakeholder management; writing/communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team
- Technical skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure; publication submission; project management
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
