    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Analytical Qualifications and Specification Management for Raw Materials.
    • Support Analytical (Raw Material testing & Characterization) projects globally for Cosmetic and OTC products.
    • Support Analytical stability testing for qualification projects globally.
    • Responsible for calibration and maintenance of in-house equipment.
    • Collaborate with external partners for outsourcing activities, compliance with Kenvue standards.
    • Participate in analyzing and interpreting analytical data and arriving at timely technical decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with EOHS & Quality standards in the laboratory.
    • Coordinate raw material analytical qualification projects to ensure timely stakeholder support.
    • Participate in raw material investigations and investigate OOS results during analytical qualifications.
    • Draft and review qualification reports, stability reports, technical justifications, and analytical method transfer documents.
    • Conduct training and performance assessment of third-party resources.
    • Provide timely updates and insights for process improvement initiatives.

    Educational Requirements

    • B. Pharm / M. Pharm from a reputed university.

    Skills Required

    • 2–5 years of experience in the FMCG/Pharma sector.
    • Advanced understanding of Analytical Chemistry principles and practices.
    • Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, SOPs, and Global & Country-specific Regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in GxP environment (mandatory).
    • Strong analytical data interpretation and laboratory documentation skills.
    • Experience handling OOS investigations and non-conformances.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
