M.Pharm – Pharmacology
Key Responsibilities
- Support in-vivo screening of NCEs using various animal models
- Build strong internal scientific expertise and introduce new animal models
- Design, coordinate, and execute in-vivo proof-of-concept studies
- Develop and validate in-vivo pharmacology models
- Independently execute experiments with strong troubleshooting skills
- Perform biochemical assays (ELISA, SDS-PAGE, fluorescence assays, UV-Vis)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret scientific data using biostatistics
Skills Required for this Scientist Job Role
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proven experience in lab animal handling, especially neuroscience/behavioral models
- Expertise in multiple routes of drug administration and tissue/blood collection
- Experience in rodent surgery
- Excellent verbal and written communication
