Key Responsibilities
- Perform protein characterization using mass spectrometry, including peptide mass fingerprinting and PTM analysis.
- Conduct peptide quantification, impurity separation, and quantification.
- Perform database search-based protein identification from MS data.
- Maintain detailed lab notebooks and ensure diligent documentation.
- Support chromatography-based protein characterization (ion exchange and HIC).
- Generate accurate and reproducible experimental data.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm
- Hands-on experience in protein characterization is required.
