    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform protein characterization using mass spectrometry, including peptide mass fingerprinting and PTM analysis.
    • Conduct peptide quantification, impurity separation, and quantification.
    • Perform database search-based protein identification from MS data.
    • Maintain detailed lab notebooks and ensure diligent documentation.
    • Support chromatography-based protein characterization (ion exchange and HIC).
    • Generate accurate and reproducible experimental data.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

    Educational Requirements

    • M.Pharm
    • Hands-on experience in protein characterization is required.
