Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sample processing for PK and ADME assays using LC-MS/MS.
- Process biological matrices from PK studies and preclinical discovery programs.
- Optimize test compounds manually and through automated LC-MS/MS systems.
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods in collaboration with team leads.
- Independently handle HPLC for UV-based sample analysis.
- Maintain electronic lab notebooks and manage compound documentation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of HPLC and mass spectrometry systems.
- Deliver scientific presentations and prepare project reports.
Educational Requirements
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Analysis.
- Strong interest and expertise in LC/MS-based bioanalysis.
Skills Required
- LC-MS/MS method development and validation
- ADME and pharmacokinetics sample analysis
- Protein precipitation, LLE, and SPE techniques
- HPLC operation and UV spectra interpretation
- Drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics knowledge
