Educational Requirements
- M Pharm with 2–5 years of experience
- PhD with 1–3 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments, GMP testing, and manufacturing activities
- Handle specialized tools, equipment, and facilities and ensure maintenance and qualification
- Ensuring compliance with quality, ethics, health, safety, environmental protection, and information security standards is essential for this Scientist Job role
- Review, verify, evaluate, and interpret scientific data and propose next experiments
- Write protocols, scientific reports, SOPs, and lab procedures under minimal supervision
- Develop or optimize methods, processes, and technologies
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements
- Train and coach associate scientists and technical staff
- Participate in project teams and contribute to scientific and technical deliverables
- Establish innovative solutions for critical quality and process parameters
