The Senior Executive – MS&T role involves execution and support of technology transfer, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, managing product lifecycle activities, supporting supplier-driven changes, and coordinating technical documentation. Key Responsibilities At Apotex Careers
1. Site Technology Transfer
- Support internal transfers from global Apotex manufacturing sites to ARPL India.
- Manage volume-based transfers within ARPL.
- Prepare technical documents: Form-C, MFR, Technology Transfer Protocols/Reports, TRE, PO/PD/PPQ/CPV batch documentation.
- Monitor all PO/PD/PPQ batches and ensure archival compliance.
2. New Product Technology Transfer (Pharma Fresher Jobs Exposure)
- Prepare technical documentation for new product scale-ups.
- Handle Placebo Formulation Sheets, TRA, Protocols & Reports for PO/PD/PPQ batches.
- Support monitoring until commercial readiness.
3. Manufacturing Process Support – Apotex Careers Role
- Troubleshoot technical issues during commercial batch manufacturing.
- Provide rapid on-floor support for unplanned process deviations.
4. Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) – Pharma Fresher Jobs Experience
- Prepare documentation for lifecycle batches: TRE, verification protocols, PPQ, CPV.
- Support robustness improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Supplier-Driven Changes (SDC) – Apotex Careers Track
- Prepare MAR, MFR, TRE, Protocols, Process Verification Reports.
- Manage Placebo sheets and monitor related batches.
6. Documentation – Pharma Fresher Jobs Skill Build
- Prepare justification reports, comparisons, training documents, SOP revisions, checklists.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate across Mfg, Pkg, FD, WH, QA, and Validation for review and approvals.
