The Senior Manager, Patient Safety will oversee all aspects of global reference safety documents (CCDS, SmPC, PI, PIL, datasheets, and product monographs). The role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements, supports Health Authority queries, and maintains high-quality labeling processes for all ADVANZ PHARMA products.
Key Responsibilities : Ideal for Pharmacovigilance Jobs
- Act as a subject matter expert in global labeling requirements.
- Manage and update reference safety documents for innovator drugs, generics, biosimilars, and branded medicines, ideal for PV Jobs in Mumbai.
- Revise and approve scientific product documents (SmPC, PIL).
- Support Health Authority submissions and respond to scientific queries.
- Lead global labeling compliance activities ensuring accuracy and inspection readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Quality.
- Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with PSMF.
- Prepare SOPs and Work Instructions ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Stay updated with evolving global PV requirements.
- Foster teamwork aligned with company values: Entrepreneurship, Speed, Integrity.
Qualifications: Ideal For M Pharm Jobs
- Post-graduate qualification in Life Sciences or Pharmacy (Ideal for M Pharm candidates).
- Strong experience in patient safety and reference safety document management.
- Experience with innovator molecules or biosimilars.
- Knowledge of labeling systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and EU QRD Templates.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global cultures and time zones.
