Job Description
A Senior Research Analyst to join the PMR team in Bangalore, focusing on the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) space. This is an amazing opportunity for pharma jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Provide management, including identifying and processing interview responders who contribute valuable insights into our Biopharma/MedTech projects, which ultimately feed into our products.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled on all occasions. Ideal for Pharma jobs.
- Operational Efficiency: Contribute to achieving operational efficiencies and enhancements by focusing on process improvements and identifying inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Support both research and interviews conducted by Clarivate colleagues, as well as work with several external partners who help us conduct PMR.
- International Coordination: Organize international (including the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain) top-quality telephone interviews for several projects simultaneously for an internal analyst who will conduct the interviews.
- Communication: Attend kick-off meetings for assigned projects. Maintain ongoing communications with team members as well as stakeholders on project progress and/or changes in scope.
- Data Integrity: Effectively validate data and information collected from various sources. Manage project data to ensure operational accuracy and data integrity.
- Strategic Support: Support important decision-making activities, such as quarterly reviews and annual planning.
- Resource Management: Create templates and resources for the team. Ensure resources and budget planning are in place and track project spending.
- Risk Management: Manage risks and issues, coming up with solutions when problems arise. Report project progress to leadership teams as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Master’s degree, specifically in the life sciences and pharmaceutical domain.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in written and spoken English, while ensuring timely delivery of projects to our clients. Mature communicator with the ability to engage confidently with senior and high-profile stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with related workflow environments and CRM solutions.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of market research methodologies with a flexible and collaborative working style.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle tight deadlines with strong business acumen that supports project success, ongoing improvements, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team to produce high-quality deliverables.
