Job Description – Toxicologist Jobs in Bangalore
This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking for Toxicologist Jobs under Syngene Careers. The role involves supporting the Safety Assessment Department through comprehensive toxicological evaluations, data analysis, and regulatory dossier submissions in alignment with international standards.
Key Responsibilities : Syngene careers
- Conduct literature searches and prepare toxicological assessments for raw materials, APIs, and pharmaceuticals used in consumer and OTC products.
- Prepare and review Nonclinical Overviews for CTD dossier submissions.
- Create Toxicology Profiles for INCI ingredients and residual chemicals.
- Conduct risk assessments and Margin of Safety calculations for cosmetic applications.
- Derive Health-Based Exposure Limits (PDE/OEL/DNEL/ADI) for pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and agrochemicals.
- Provide evidence of efficacy and safety (preclinical and clinical) as per regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliant with GHS standards.
- Perform literature searches using databases like TOXNET, HSDB, PubMed, and ScienceDirect.
- Evaluate toxicity studies for compliance with OECD, ICH, FDA, and ISO guidelines.
- Prepare detailed research reports and dossiers per international regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience : Syngene Careers
- Education: MSc / MPharm
- Experience: 1–3 years in regulatory toxicology or related scientific fields
Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of toxicological assessments and safety profiles
- Expertise in dossier preparation and regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with global toxicology databases and scientific research standards
- Ability to derive exposure limits and perform risk assessments
