- Qualifications: Advanced scientific degree: MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD.
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical medicine, medical affairs, or medical compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, organize, interpret, and perform quality checks on medical and technical content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (graphics, compliance, statistics) to deliver content solutions.
- Ensure projects are executed within expected timelines, maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Train on tools and processes, including generative AI platforms, to enhance content creation.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Develop expertise in new tools and emerging industry trends for content development.
Requirements
- Proven ability to take ownership of work, align on scope, timelines, and quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Experience in medical writing, academic publications, or communications in pharma, biotech, CRO, or agency environments.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adopt new technologies in medical content development.
Preferred
- Expertise in specific therapeutic areas.
- Experience in multimedia and omnichannel content creation.
- Rapid adoption of new digital platforms and tools.
- Prior international or global work/education experience.
Role Overview
The Associate Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions, will support the development of impactful medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, graphical summaries, systematic literature reviews, slide decks, educational resources, infographics, social media, videos, and other external-facing content. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely execution of medical communication projects.
