About the Role:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting leading biopharma companies in pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance. You will manage case identification, MedDRA coding, data entry, case processing, follow-ups, and submissions for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile safety reports as per process.
- Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases.
- Handle ICSR activities: case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, processing, submission, and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and resolve increasingly complex pharmacovigilance problems.
- Collaborate with peers and interact with clients/Accenture management as required.
- Contribute as an individual contributor or oversee small work efforts/teams.
- Work in rotational shifts, as required.
