Job Description
The Executive, Site Support, is responsible for formatting, editing, and managing SOD draft documents based on supporting documentation from Business Units. The role involves escalating critical issues arising from SOD E-Copies and generating various metrics related to SOPs, training, and CAPA. Apotex Hiring requires the candidate to work closely with manufacturing, QA, and training teams to ensure compliance and efficient management of documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BMR & BPR documents and support solid dose manufacturing knowledge.
- Utilize software tools including QMS Trackwise, SAP, and LIMS for document handling.
- Handle change control, validation, and execution of SODs, including issuing E-Copies and performing rendition checks.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly metrics for CAPA, SODs, and training reports.
- Ensure timely submission of SOD E-Copies to counterparts.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and Work Instructions related to document management.
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
Experience and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with online modules/software is a plus.
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3-4 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
