Summary of the Role:
Teach Pharmaceutics, Pharma Chemistry, and Pharmacology for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to academic and administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach and cover the curriculum as outlined by the University.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods linked to real-world industry problems.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and assessments.
- Prepare reports and evaluate students based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in pharmaceutical sciences through literature and FDPs.
- Organize study materials, laboratory sessions, and practical experiments.
- Guide students on career choices and recruitment preparation.
- Conduct and publish research work in relevant pharmaceutical fields.
- Prepare and submit budget plans as required.
- Manage academic and administrative duties, including event organization.
- Supervise laboratory sessions, internships, and research activities.
- Implement updated curriculum guidelines to enhance academic standards.
- Be proficient in digital tools and Moodle for academic management.
Job Knowledge (Prerequisites):
Thorough knowledge of Pharmachemistry, Pharmaceutics, and related pharmaceutical subjects for both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Skill Set:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong teaching, guiding, and training capabilities
Education Qualification:

M.Pharm (Pharmachemistry / Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology) with a minimum of 60% marks, Ph.D. preferred

Experience:
3–5 years of combined academic, research, or industrial experience.
