Role Summary / Purpose for Associate Regulatory Affairs Job Role:
The Associate Regulatory Affairs Job Role will manage and maintain product compliance throughout the lifecycle of Colgate’s diverse product portfolio. Reporting to the Team Lead, Regulatory Operations, the role involves collaboration with R&D, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams to develop and review ingredient lists, ensuring alignment with global and local regulations.
Responsibilities

Develop and review accurate ingredient lists while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Maintain detailed tracking systems for ingredient list status, updates, and requirements.

Support regional regulatory operations for product registration, renewals, variations, and notifications.

Compile documentation for high-quality regulatory submissions, license renewals, and dossier maintenance.

Track outstanding documentation and open queries from authorities.

Update product registration archives, databases, and tracking tools.

Support artwork review and ingredient labeling compliance.

Stay current on regulations, guidelines, and standards for medicinal, cosmetic, and consumer products.

Assist in preparation and maintenance of regulatory SOPs and document distribution.

Track updates from competent authority websites and databases.
Required Qualifications for Associate Regulatory Affairs Job Role:

BS degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or relevant field (Advanced degree preferred).

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or product development in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or FMCG.

Knowledge of registration requirements in Africa, Eurasian, and Asia-Pacific countries.

Strong computer skills, including Google Suite, eCTD software, MS Office, SAP, DMS, Adobe Acrobat, and authority regulatory portals.
Preferred Qualifications for Associate Regulatory Affairs Job Role:
