Job Summary:
The Trainee – Labeling will assist in updating and maintaining labeling documentation for new product development and product lifecycle management for US and Canada markets. This includes label creation, coordination with vendors and affiliates, and ensuring regulatory compliance through timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update labeling and monographs for the US/Canada market.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for artwork creation and updates.
- Maintain labeling trackers and databases (RIMS, CCR, etc.).
- Prepare supporting documents for regulatory labeling submissions.
- Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in all labeling materials.
- Perform ESG submissions and manage acknowledgments.
- Stay updated with evolving labeling regulations and international guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submissions.
Education & Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of regulatory labeling for USFDA or Health Canada.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Good understanding of labeling software and regulatory databases.
- Team-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
Experience for the Pharmacy Job:

Theoretical understanding or internship experience in labeling activities preferred.
