Key Responsibilities for Executive job at Syngene (Downstream Manufacturing):
- Maintain aseptic behavior inside BMP1 facility.
- Execute downstream activities such as assembly preparation, raw material dispensing, buffer preparation, chromatography, viral filtration, TFF operation, and final filtration.
- Operate and clean downstream equipment per SOPs.
- Perform process monitoring, in-process sampling, and product storage as part of your role in the Freshers Executive job at Syngene.
- Maintain quality records and ensure areas are audit-ready at all times.
- Coordinate with QA for line clearance.
- Execute error-free operations as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Manage shipment of samples and final products.
- Track work orders, issue complaint slips, and ensure timely closure of documents.
- Support equipment and instrument qualification protocols.
Education and Qualifications:
