Job Summary
The Executive – CQC will be responsible for logging Product Quality Complaints (PQC) into the TrackWise database, acknowledging complaints, and coordinating with complainants for sample collection and additional data. The role also involves preparing response letters, ensuring accurate reconciliation of market complaints, and collaborating with stakeholders to support the product quality investigation process.

Areas of Responsibility
- Log and manage Product Quality Complaints efficiently.
- Acknowledge and follow up on complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams involved in complaint handling.
- Maintain complete and accurate complaint records for internal audits and compliance.
