The Omnichannel content pillar within GTMC defines a global Omnichannel content engagement strategy, sets standards and best practices, and supports local execution with digital tools.

Our Hyderabad Hub is key to driving innovation across all departments. As a Scientific Writer in the Content Operations Team, you’ll support omnichannel content campaigns, optimize strategies in SFMC, and deliver insights-driven content.

Main Responsibilities for Scientific Writer Job Role

• Create/review specialized branded/unbranded content independently.

• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle: design, validation, tagging, upload, and dissemination.

• Conduct background research, utilize AI tools, SEO/SEM analytics, and customer experience surveys to enhance content.

• Validate scientific accuracy of marketing content and ensure MLR compliance.

• Support GenAI/Content Powerhouse initiatives: review and edit AI-generated content, optimize for SEO, and collaborate on multimedia integration.

• Align with brand strategy and modular content frameworks.

• Assist in modularization and content localization.

• Mentor junior writers and support digital content for various channels (web, social, email, etc.).

• Collaborate cross-functionally for best-in-class customer experiences.

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and help develop team knowledge.

• Drive high-quality, on-time content delivery.

• Leverage training tools and optimize the content process for efficiency.

• Coordinate with Omnichannel content teams to develop relevant deliverables.

About You

• Experience required for Scientific Writer Job Role: 2-4 years in content creation for pharma/healthcare/medico-marketing

• Tools: Intermediate to advanced MS PPT, Word, Excel, Adobe; digital content experience preferred

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management; independent and team contributor

• Technical Skills: Therapeutic knowledge, content development, project management

• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy or medical degree

• Languages: Excellent spoken and written English
