BPharm & Mpharm Jobs- Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new product pipeline strategies, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives.
- Provide training and product knowledge to sales teams, ensuring effective communication and scientific expertise.
- Collaboration & Communication with cross-functional teams such as medical affairs, R&D, and learning & development.
- Build and execute brand plans and market penetration strategies with in-depth competitor and market analysis.
- Conduct SWOT analysis of the product line to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop promotional content, organize CMEs and brand visibility campaigns.
- Motivate and support the sales team with training sessions, recognition programs, and field activities.
BPharm & Mpharm Jobs- Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the generic pharmaceutical segment.
- Proven expertise in brand building, product management, and market strategy on a pan-India level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in product launch and promotional activities.
