Education:
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a medical discipline.
Experience:
3+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within pharmaceuticals, CRO consultancy, or academia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned Evidence Synthesis projects, including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.
- Support HEVA/Medical teams in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation, including literature reviews, meta-analyses, epidemiology studies, and economic evaluations.
- Assist in development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers, aligning scientific and value messaging.
- Maintain therapeutic area expertise and contribute to strategic evidence generation processes and templates.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams.
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines, regulatory standards, and quality processes.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies.
Soft Skills:
Stakeholder management, excellent communication, ability to work independently and in teams.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
