IPQA Executive should be flexible to work in shifts.
Core Purpose of the Role:

Ensure IPQA activities on the shop floor during manufacturing.
-
Line clearance during batch and product changeovers.
-
In-process product quality monitoring and dispatch inspection.
-
Review Master, Executed Batch Manufacturing Records, packing, and dispatch records.
-
Prepare, review, and revise QA procedures.
-
Handle any other responsibility assigned by Head QA.
Role Accountabilities:

IPQA Executive should conduct cGMP inspections across manufacturing and supporting areas.

Issue batch numbers, manufacturing, packing, and dispatch records.
-
Review and prepare standard operating procedures and equipment qualification documents.

IPQA Executives should monitor dispensing and warehouse activities.
-
Inspect raw materials, packing materials, and consumables for damage or discrepancies.

Implement EHSS norms to ensure a safe working environment.
Mandatory Expectations:

Adhere to safety practices and procedures personally and for aligned teams.

Contribute to procedures and systems that ensure safe operations and quality compliance.

IPQA Executive should promote a culture of environment, health, and safety (EHS) discipline.

Complete mandatory training related to safety, data integrity, and quality on time.

Monitor and review safety metrics regularly.
