Job Description
As an Application Engineer for LC/LCMS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and customer success teams by providing technical expertise and application support for our Chromatography Mass Spectrometry products. This role requires a combination of scientific knowledge, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical & application support to potential customers in various market segments.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on-site and at designated labs
- Assist in method deployment on Agilent instruments
- Troubleshoot method/technology transfer issues
- Lead projects and deliver product seminars
- Train internal and external teams
- Respond to customer queries and help in the resolution of escalations
- Participate in demand stimulation programs
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
