As a Scientist in Process Engineering (Inhalation/Injectable), you will lead the design and development of formulation processes, ensuring robust Quality by Design (QbD) implementation. The role involves scaling up manufacturing batches, coordinating plant readiness, supporting technology transfer, and overseeing execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize processes for inhalation and injectable dosage forms.
- Implement Quality by Design (QbD) and process development strategies.
- Conduct experiments to validate material characteristics and prototype formulations.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure process scalability, robustness, and cost-effectiveness.
