Job Role – Manager Position, Manufacturing Injectables
The Manager position , Manufacturing Injectables, will be responsible for overseeing sterile manufacturing operations and ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory standards such as USFDA, MHRA, and WHO. You will manage production planning, prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and reports, and supervise aseptic operations including sterilization, filling, and sealing.
Qualifications: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm in a relevant field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with BPRs, logbooks, deviation reports, and maintaining traceability.
- Ability to strictly follow SOPs and ensure team adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain self-hygiene and enforce hygiene standards within the team.
- Prepare, review, revise, control, and implement SOPs for sterile manufacturing.
- Handle document management, including BMRs, BPRs, and master SOPs.
- Manage Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and investigations.
- Generate departmental purchase indents for general items.
- Prepare monthly and daily production plans based on material availability.
- Prepare daily production reports that accurately reflect actual output.
- Ensure all equipment and lines are validated and calibrated.
- Train subordinates, technicians, and operators on processes and compliance.
- Oversee cleaning, sanitization, and proper operation of machines.
- Conduct line clearance before operations.
