Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research.
- Follow up, monitor, and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Implement and execute all business strategies effectively.
- Engage stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.
- Maintain discipline and punctuality with set timelines for multiple internal processes.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Be a fast learner, adaptable to market changes.
- Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Deliver effective in-clinic performance.
- Possess a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and camps as per divisional strategy and customer needs.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitor brands.
- Generate POBs (Product Order Bookings) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
Required Qualification:

B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree required.
Preferred Candidate for Abbott Careers:
- Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area preferred.
- Experience with MNC or top Indian pharmaceutical companies will be an added advantage.
