Role Description:
- Conduct induction and ongoing training programs for the field force, including MRs, ABMs, and RBMs.
- Develop and deliver product, therapy, and soft skills training modules.
- Identify training needs through performance metrics and field feedback.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams for training content alignment.
- Monitor post-training effectiveness and ensure continuous professional development.
Qualification:
Graduation in Science or Pharmacy (MBA preferred)
Experience: .
- 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical training (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in field force training and development.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
