Description for Team Member – MSAT Injectable
- Prepare, review, and approve technical protocols, reports, and product impact assessments related to product lifecycle management (LCM).
- Initiate and manage change controls, incidents, and risk assessments linked to technology transfer activities.
- Support new product introductions, scale-ups, line transfers, and site-to-site commercial batches for injectable products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and document technology transfer projects.
- Investigate non-conformances (Incidents, OOS, OOT, Market Complaints) through root cause analysis and impact assessments.
- Provide technical support for process changes, improvements, and regulatory deficiencies.
- Assist audits and regulatory reviews to ensure timely product approvals.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
