Core Purpose of the Role:

Participate in sample processing for PK and ADME assays
-
Handle LCMS/MS for compound analysis and optimization
-
Process various matrices samples of PK studies
-
Independently manage HPLC for UV-based analysis
-
Develop analytical methods with team leads
-
Maintain accurate online lab documentation and compound management
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure safe operations in line with Syngene’s EHS and quality standards
-
Drive compliance in data integrity, documentation, and SOPs
-
Support method development, validation, and reporting
-
Deliver scientific presentations and contribute to journal clubs
-
Collaborate in cross-functional research teams
Experience Required:
-
1–3 years of experience handling ADME assays, HPLC, and LCMS/MS
Skills and Capabilities:
-
Strong expertise in sample preparation techniques (protein precipitation, LLE, SPE)
-
Hands-on experience in LC-MS method development and validation
-
Ability to interpret Mass/UV spectra and perform data analysis
-
Knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics
-
Skilled in column/mobile phase selection and solvent preparation
-
Capable of conducting literature searches and applying scientific learnings

Ensure instrument calibration, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Education:
-
M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Analysis with passion for LC/MS-based bioanalysis
