Job Description:
You will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting services across research, clinical trials, regulatory processes, and pharmacovigilance operations. Your role involves:
- Managing affiliate mailboxes and reconciling safety reports.
- Performing follow-ups for serious and non-serious adverse events.
- Creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing for ICSRs in the safety database.
- Ensuring all processes comply with global regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
Skills and Expectations:
- Solve routine problems using established processes and precedents.
- Work within a defined team structure under direct supervision.
- Handle daily tasks with moderate instruction and accuracy.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts as required.
