Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Associate Director, ESP Engagements, in setting up new global ESPs and managing contracts.
- Oversee ESP account management, dashboards, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with PS&PV QA teams for quality management system (QMS) implementation for outsourced activities.
- Support governance, process improvement, and innovation initiatives for ESPs.
- Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for ESP IT issues and maintain governance documentation.
- Facilitate smooth interactions between ESPs and Novartis functional teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, inspections, CAPA development, and closure of findings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in pharmacovigilance (preferable).
- Skills: Strong communication, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office Suite and Power BI.
- Languages: Fluent English (oral and written).
- Experience in ESP engagements and project management is a plus.
