Job Description
As an MQ Upstream Associate at Pfizer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) across various pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for monitoring the solution and emulsion preparation, vial and ampoule washing, depyrogenation, filling, capping, and collection operations. This role ensures adherence to Pfizer’s standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cGMP compliance in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain adherence to Pfizer’s manufacturing policies and procedures.
- Review eBR (Electronic Batch Records) and AMPS exceptions with technical support.
- Monitor and assess alarm impact, audit trails, and trend reports.
- Oversight of start-up, in-process activities, and compliance with SOPs.
- Perform CCTV monitoring for manufacturing process oversight. Considering a pharmacy job at Pfizer would involve these key duties.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and report observations under the Cleanroom Coaching Program.
- Review NVPC workflows and approve trend reports.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to simplification efforts for improved efficiency.

Experience and Skills
- 1–5 years in Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance, or Production in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality oversight, solution/emulsion preparation, and fill-finish operations.
