Job Description:
As a Safety & PV Specialist I, you will:
- Conduct systematic and ad-hoc literature searches (e.g., PubMed, Embase) for safety information and ICSR identification.
- Extract, summarize, and validate safety-relevant data.
- Assist in processing ICSRs according to SOPs, including triage, data entry, coding (MedDRA), narrative summaries, and duplicate management.
- Support global and local literature reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain safety tracking and documentation in Trial Master File (TMF) or Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
- Assist in expedited reporting, validation/submission of xEVMPD records, and adherence to SPOR/IDMP standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, participate in audits, and apply safety reporting regulatory intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Registered Nurse, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of safety database systems, medical terminology, and clinical trial phases II-IV.
- Understanding of ICH GCP, GVP, and post-marketing safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, email, and document management systems.
