R&D Executive Job Description
As a Research and Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge formulations for skin and hair care. You will lead innovative product development, oversee lab-to-market scale-up processes, and contribute to the growth of Honasa Consumer Ltd. by driving breakthrough technologies in the personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product formulation from initial brief to final sign-off.
- Oversee pilot batches and full-scale production.
- Lead the development of stable, effective formulations for third-party and in-house manufacturing.
- Research, test, and analyze new ingredients and processes to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop new formulations aligned with business and innovation goals.
- Conduct product testing, stability studies, compatibility checks, and shelf-life determination.
- Manage technology transfer and scale-up operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Innovate hair care formulations with expertise in surfactants, conditioning agents, and humectants.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure scientific excellence in product development.
R&D Executive Job – Educational Qualifications:
B Pharm, or M Pharm.
